Paul came to Financial Planning Services as a 21 year industry veteran in 2003 wanting to focus on our local Christian community.  As a Certified Bible-Based Money Management Seminar instructor with a Master of Divinity degree from Lincoln Christian Seminary, this was a natural fit.  His 13 years serving in the local ministry has gained him praise with local churches as a financial planning instructor with the ability to teach from a biblical perspective.  Stepping into our organization as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional, as well as Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant, Paul has raised the bar on the spectrum and quality of service our organization provides.  Additionally, he is an instructor of adult education money management classes.

Paul and Joy, his wife of 38 years, live in Herndon, Virginia.  They have two beautiful daughters who are both married and have added two grandsons, a granddaughter and one baby on the way to Paul’s growing family.
